This person claims that they are a Lawyer and that he would take me to court and have me served and arrested and lose my job. They state that they had tried to get ahold of me via email...it was probably in the junk mail if they did and I never received the information. I was never received any information in the mail. They want x amount of money today or else they will send it to the courts.

Not sure who or what they want. They keep insisting I am "Josh,Joshua or J Goodwin" or "E, Eva or Evette Santana". I have tried to be nice and inform them that they have the wrong number, I have even told them that I was recording our conversation (which believe me, they do not like to hear) still did not work. So what I've done is placed "call interception" on my phone line (find details on Verisons website) which a service through Verizon. It's worked thus far. These types of mean spirited phone calls from evil agencies must stop. I have a credit score over 800, I do not deserve this type of treatment nor does anyone going through difficult times during our national crisis. Let's stick together, help each other and stop them. Called my house line 7 times this morning... Caller ID said "Payphone"... ledt seven messages stating, "If you don't want to be charged $3.85 hang up now or dial 0."

A guy impersonationing himself as lawyer for over 250 companies that are afflictated with USA cashadvance called my cellphone asking me personal questions. Are you Mr. such and such, do you live at this address, and work at this place? So, I was spoiled by all that because I asked him where did he get that information from and he could not answer. I hung-up! Next, the person called and got my voicemail. he left threaten messages: I dont appreciate you hanging up the phone, I'm going to send the police to your job and your home if you do not pay. Are they the mob or somebody else. anyhow, I found the call to be harassing and disturbing. HE CALLED FROM ARLINGTON TEXAS AT LEAST THAT IS WHERE THE NUMBER COMES FROM.

The caller is University of Central Florida Alumni Association. They are probably trying to update records...or seeking funds.

Called me about a final embarq bill that I never got. Wanted me to send the check to RPM. I stated that I would send the check out the next day for the total and now they have called me several times since and it is just the next day. They call early in the morning about every 2 hours but no one answers or leaves a message. This is a ridiculous practice, and it is also very wrong of embarq not to keep their promise to send a final bill when I specifically asked for one due to a simiar problem with sprint. It would be best if the company itself would call you at least once before they sent you to collections in case it is their fault. How can you pay a bill when you don't know the amount and can't get into your online account once it is closed. This practice can mess up your credit because of crappy companies.
